Coaching with Harry has been groundbreaking for me and my career.

The discovery session

If you are curious about what it is like to be coached. To have 90 minutes just focused on you, where you’re at and where you want to get to, then this is a great place to start.

Whether you’ve been in your role for a while or you are just about to start, this can be a great way to take a step back and think intentionally about the journey ahead…

What You Can Expect:

  • An in depth conversation: This will be different to a standard development conversation. Come prepared to get into the things that really matter to you.

  • Practical Insights: Together, we’ll uncover the perspectives and behaviours that are driving your current experience at work. Identifying things that might be holding you back and opportunities to embrace new skills and habits.

  • Mindset shifts: You’ll leave with more awareness and possibility around how you can shift your mindset and start leading more powerfully.

The process

  • Discovery form

To help us get the most out of our time together I ask all my clients to answer a few questions about what they are looking for from the session.

  • 90 minute coaching session

Once I have received the discovery form, you will be sent a link to my Calendly account where you can book in the Google Meet session.

  • Debrief and strategy session

Before the end of the call we will spend some time reflecting on the insights that have come up and coming up with some action steps to get you moving in the right direction.

The discovery session has been designed for leaders who…

  • want to get a powerful coaching experience without having to commit to a coaching program

  • are tired of being in reactive states of mind and want to bring more intention to the way they show up at work

  • explore coaching as a way to develop themselves in a low cost way

  • to expand their self-awareness and open up new possibilities for their career

  • are curious about how they can improve their leadership skills
