I specialise in working with leaders who are stepping into leadership roles for the first time or are early on in their journey. This is a pivotal time for any leader, when they have to learn a completely different set of skills in order to successfully make the transition.
It is also a potentially daunting and stressful time that requires a mindset shift from individual contributor to leader that doesn’t come naturally to many.
It has been my own personal experience as a leader and as someone who has worked with leaders across multiple industries that the right support at this time can have a significant impact on the future success of the leader.
Much of the high quality leadership coaching in today’s market is aimed at the executive end of the market and is out of the reach of most organisations.
My mission is to offer high quality one to one and group coaching, workshops and programmes that support leaders at this time in their journey. Providing them with the foundational skills they need to build a successful, fulfilling and sustainable career.

Most leaders are too busy reacting to the chaos of their day-to-day roles to step back and think intentionally about how they are responsible for creating their current experience at work. They know there is more out there to explore but can find it really hard to get their heads up above the trees.
Working with me is an exploration of what is possible for your life as a leader, inside and outside of your work environment. Together we will sit with and unfold some of our deepest questions.
What do I want to stand for as a person and a leader? How are my habits contributing to my current experience of life and work? Where am I underinvesting in the things that i say are most important to me?
